Drying doesn't work

I am wondering why my dryer doesn't work. I follow the instruction in the manual which says: "Leave the Program Knob in the Stop position and set the Drying Time Knob to the desire number of minutes, and press Start" which I have done it SO many times and nothing happens. When I do set it for washing AND drying, the washing is fine but when it get's to the drying part it just leaves my clothes damp and NOT DRY!
What am I doing wrong? Any suggestion?

    my dryer did not work because the waste water hose was too low when unit was on floor(see manual)raising unit remedied it.

  • Drying doesn't work

    1. Make sure lint filter is not clogged
    2. Can you feel heat during dry cycle, if not, element could be burned out (replace)
    3. Check the dryer blower belt, they have a short life span. Need to remove back of dryer. Belt is a special order item unless there is a dealer where you are.
