Question About Maytag Washer MAH-24
won't drain...

My MAH-24 won't drain out the water. I opened up the back and located the motor that the drain hose attaches to. one of the problems is that I disconnected both connectore at the same time (white wires and black wire ones). So 1st, which connector goes on top, white or black. and 2nd, do you think that little box is the problem? It does spin and all. thanks, Mike

1 To better explain my problem, here is a pic of the pump.the wires are side by side (not top & bottom. I need to know what position they go in (white wires in first slot (nearest the front of the pic or in the back slot - where the pic shows them now). Then, I can work on the problem of the machine not draining. Thanks in advance!!

0 My mav5920eww and mdg5806aww were brought to another city and as soon as i connected them here they work for about 20 seconds and then stop,what can be the problem?

0 cycle finished, unplugged it and waited several minutes until plugged it back in but it still won't open. any suggestions?
