General Electric Front-Load Washer WBVH5100

Smelly clothes

We bought our washer in October of last year and are very dissappointed. We leave the bottom off of the washer because we have to empty the drain once a week but that still doesn't help our towels and washcloths STINK!!! Its getting to the point I think I'm going to take them to the laundry mat. We paid $623 dollars for this machine. And on top of that it only spins the clothes out half the time also. I have to add an extra drain and spin just to get all the water out of them. This is crazy to spend this much money on something and it no work properly and it not even be a year old!
