Parts Diagram

I'm trying to reassemble a Roper 3514PQ0 and can't figure out how the idler wheel is supposed to be attached. A parts manual with diagram would be helpful. Hoping not to have to pay the rip off third party manual rates for something that should be fre from the manufacturer.
