Help,

I have had this Washer for about 5 years. One of the loads I did two days ago during the last cycle it made a cranky gear noise. I had to shut it down twice and restart it. Finally it started the cycle again. I notice that sometime, the final spin cycle will not drain out all the water, so the cloth was still dripping. This happen often now with large or small load. I’m not sure if the gear is damage or what I need to take a look at. Please advice.
