HF code on front-loader washing machine

Hi,
My Kenmore Elite front loading washing machine will start its cycle and then part-way through it will stop and start beeping, a code "H-F" or "F-H", I can't tell the order, goes across the screen until I reset it. Help! Any idea what this code means? I have lost the manual.

    FH” (Water Inlet Problem—no water or insufficient water
    supply)
    Select STOP twice to cancel the cycle. Unplug washer or
    disconnect power.
    Check the following:
    Are water faucets completely turned on?
    Are screens at inlet hose connection to washer clogged?
    Are water inlet hoses kinked?
    Are water inlet hoses frozen?
    Plug in washer or reconnect power. Re-select cycle and press
