MAV7257AWW washer make noise...

my maytag MAV7257AWW ATLANTIS top load make grinding noise and wont agitate during wash cycle, please help

0 my maytag MAV7257AWW ATLANTIS top load make grinding noise and wont agitate during wash cycle, I turn knob to rinse cycle water rinse fine but when machine refill water its wont agitate as the same time its make noise, its will spin no problem, please help
