Frigidaire Top-Load Washer MWX121REW3

got used machine with no manual. There doesn't seem to be any way to adjust for the water level (ie half load) or water temp (ie warm wash, cold rinse) at any length of time. Controls say warm wash for 10 min wash and cold wash for 5 min.. How do I do warm wash for 5 min.?
