    First wash cycle without laundry as per page 11 of manual

    Repeatedly tried to do this cycle.The following happens every time, a little bit if water enters washer,appears to be only cold water,all lites go off and f29 appears on display.Door will not open. We tried unplugging power and replugging,tried to initiate Drain/Spin to no effect.Always get F29 and door is locked nothing we tried has been able to open the door.
