Maytag Stackable Washer/Dryer MLE19PNDYW

SHOWS D5 CODE ON SCREEN

A customer purchased 3 of the above items for the ships in Japan and found them all displaying the D5 code once powered up. I'm a electrical technician and I replaced the control cards but still have the same above code showing. These machines are not coin operated. Is there anyway to repair these machines or should I tell the customer to re-purchase the machines.

    Just wanted to see if you had recieved any manuals for the machine. We purchased 4 for our ship and have a few differant errors. I am impressed with the warranty I have been able to get parts and shipping free through maytag!!
