Wheel blower squeeling/clicking

Took the frotn off and found that the squeel/clicking, almost like a cricket chirping, was coming from the wheel blower. Not being familar with this, is there a part here that goes bad, or something to adjust to is this a common issue that is easy to repair? Any direction on how to fix this is great. Right now it is taking 3-4 cycles to dry and average load.
