  Very often this problem can be traced to the lid switch being inop. It can be bypassed - start your investigation with it. Does the washer agitate?

  I followed you instructions, jumped the lid switch, if you mean the clipso motion, yes that works.
  When it gets near the end, (sometimes it shows C1. other times it goes through the cycle fine.
  But if you mean agitate, like the older machines (back and forth) motion, No, it does not do that.
  
  Thanks for your input, and would like more. Maybe I'll get to the bottom of this problem..
