Wiring for power cord

The iron fell from the ironing board and the plastic back plate came off along with two of the wires (blue and brown) from the power cord. There are four spade connections. The earth wire has remained attached to the left hand terminal which leaves the brown and blue wires to be attached to either the double terminal in the middle or the single terminal on the right. My question is, which wire goes to which terminal?
