Need manual and help

I bought a used stackable for unit in a 4 plex I own. It worked fine for a week. My tennant comlains it now makes a lot of noise during the spin cycle and leaves some water in the bottom of the tub at the end of the cycle. Any ideas or solutions would be appreciated. Thanks
