I need a manuel for the above noted prod.

I recently purchased this washer and needed to wash some sweaters for this winter.I put whe washer on the "handwash", cold wash/cold rince cycle. However, when I returned to take my sweaters out of the washer, they had been washed in "Hot" water and shrank. I double checked to make sure I had dialed in the correct "handwash", cold wash/cold rinse and I had. I need to find out what the problem is. The machine is still under warrenty.
