I had to replace the capacitor on the fan motor which resulted in my having to replace the belt on the other capacitor motor on this dryer.

I slid the belt over the drum, screwed the back on and using my fingers ( a screwdriver would work too, I'm sure ) I pulled the belt over the edge of the pulley on the motor and hand spun the dryer to seat it. This design engineer should work for the auto industry as they are an expert in designing things to be damn difficult to repair.
