F28, F20 and F22 Codes

Exactly 3 months to the day I bought my washer it quit. Kept giving me F28 and F22 Codes. My door was locked and clothes still in it. Nothing would unlock the door. Called for service, came out, replaced the CCU card and it still gives the codes. Serviceman checked it out all over and then replaced with another CCU card. Same thing. I need my washer. Bought it at Lowe's. Could I possibly take it back to Lowes and exchange it for another. The repair man said it would be two weeks before he could try to replace the CCU card again. I CAN'T WAIT TWO WEEKS. I shouldn't have to wait two weeks. This washer is still brand new. Can you help me? Email is blackdene1@gmail.com I need some help fast!

    I hope you didn't buy this washer yet.
    Washer wouldn't start.
    Door is locked.
    Still under warrantee. Same problem as the other reviewer.

  • Repair just checked the F22 issue

    Repair just checked the F22 issue
    The door latch switch wire was coming off.
    Reconnected the door switch, and so far it works through the self-test...
    Will know if it works soon.
    If you're getting an F22 error, you will want to check anything to do with the door latch switch.

  • Replaced

    After talking with Lowe's, they replaced the washer and had the repair people come to the store to try to repair the washer. It took the repair people who came out to my house almost a month to get the parts they needed. Will not suggest this washer to anyone if this is the kind of time it takes to get it repaired or if it keeps getting error codes.
