I have a GE Front Load model GCVH 6260 FWW. My washer would hum but would not drain or spin. The fix was simple: below the door there is a white panel there are 3 screw located on the bottom of this panel, unscrew them pop the panel off and inside you'll see a small white circular plastic piece, unscrew this plastic then pull it out (careful water may pour out slowly) this appears to be a lint/money trap empty the trap and look into the tube you pulled it out of to confirm its clean, place it back, and whaaa laa problem solved my washer worked like a charm. Make sure you unplug the washer before attempting any maintenance as the washer has a warning that it is not grounded you don't want to shock yourself...Hope this helps

Rinse cycle doesn't work
I cleaned the filter out, but the rinse cycle still doesn't work. What else could be wrong?
