  what tool do I need to open back of Rowenta Superp
  what tool do I need to open back of Rowenta Superpress 050? Looks like there are 4 screws. I cannot identify the type of tool and size needed to unscrew.

  After heating to temperature, the steam fails and begins squirting water.
