  not drying
  My wd420 will not dry with heat, although i believe the wash is still hot - i have tried to reset the thermostat but it just trips out every time - is this a thermostat problem or a blow heater malfunction, or something else (when the thermo trips out, i get 3 error lights and a fast on/off light - until i cancel and clear) - please help me.

  spin noise
  when it does its final spin it sounds like a road digger someting is grating some where and I dont know weather it is a fault or normal the machine is still under warenty but hotpoint are unable to do any thing as I have NOT got the recipt what shall I do?

  grating noise
  when machine on either wash or dry cycle grating noise comes from washer. The washer is only 18 months old. Could this be bearings and would something like that be expensive?
