    I have inherited this machine with the apt. I just bought and would like to know how it operates. I've managed to turn it on...with nothing inside and now can't turn it off...help please.

    My machine has a picture of a key flashing - what does this mean as it seems to be locked on this and I cannot start my machine on another programme

    Machine will not drain
    I have checked the drain for blockages but have been told the pump may have become blocked, how do I access this please? I have recently moved the machine but was careful not to tip the machine too far, could this have caused a problem as worked fine before the move
