Is there an on-line manual for this iron. The variable steam lever seems to be stuck to the right and won't release to the left. Also,not much steam coming out, even when new.

sparks
i plugged in my iron and a big spark came out where the plug enters and now won't work.i openned the bottom and don't see anything obvious. any sugg? thank you in advance irene

The device is not getting heated
The steam iron box is not getting heated. When i plug-in the indicator glows but the device does not get heated.I have tried changing the fabric select dial to various combinations too, but no use. Can you please help me asap
