Won't advance to the next cycle
My Frigidaire washing machine runs thru each cycle completely but won't advance. I have to advance it to the next cycle manually. Once I advance the timer it works fine until the next event then I have to advance it manually again. The timer knob moves normally until it is time to advance to the next event.I am sure that the problem is either the timer or the controller, how do I troubleshoot. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Board fried?
Tech came out and said that the board was fried. Must have been a power surge. $400+ to replace it. What board? Is this the "speed control" shown on the tech sheet? It is easily accessible and I could replace it myself if I knew where to get one.
