doesn't spin
washer washes Ok but sometimes doesn't spin dry. Needs to be turned by hand to get it going. What's wrong and is it difficult to fix?

E10 Fault on dry cycle
On completion of drying a lot of steam comes out when door is opened but clothes are hot and dry. E10 fault code appears after about 14 mins on 2nd load then about 5mins after restart. Have checked water inlet, condenser and pipes all appear clear. I'm missing something, any ideas please.

Clothes won't dry
I've cleaned out the lint filter. I believe the water outlet (the small hole near the lint filter) at the bottom of the unit may be clogged with lint. Is there a way to clean this out? The hole is narrow and at an angle, so tweezers will not work to remove the lint.

when I open the front fluff vent it' sometimes is full of stale water, and it takes hours to dry a couple of clothes.. Could this be - because the drainage plug needs unblocking?If so, where is this located?
