    fault
    i have a problem with the above machine,,it starts then goes straight into pause mode,it spins but failsto wash,i have checked all inlets,outlets, no blockage,the machine is 2yrs old,,no problems before with appiance until now,,many thanks,,HELP,,,

    Object hitting tub or cage
    I droped a piece of hose at the vent outlet and it is hitting when it goes into high speed. How do I get it out? Thru the back plate or the top cover?
